I am passionate about filling the gap between physical therapy and performing at your desired level of function. In order to do this, I offer individualized one on one strength training. I will instruct and empower you to build strength and reach your goals.

I am a certified strength and condition specialist and have undergone training in order to provide my clients with evidenced-based and practical strength training.

I offer a free consultation where we discuss your goals and assess areas of focus. I will then create a detailed plan for you to meet your goals.

ASSESSMENT & TRAINING FOR CLIMBERS

What’s included:

  • A detailed assessment of your goals, climbing and injury history, as well as baseline strength testing.

  • Thorough strength and performance testing using an Exsurgo G-Strength dynamometer allowing for extremely accurate measurements of force output under controlled and safe conditions.

  • Examples of tests that I typically perform are peak force, rate of force development, endurance, and sustained high output capacity. These tests are chosen based on you and your goals. 

  • I then analyze this data to develop a 4-6 week training program tailored for each client and the specific phase of training you’re currently in.

  • At the end of the 4-6 week period we re-evaluate with another assessment, and determine the next steps to help you send your project!
